Collecting antique bottles has been a passion of mine since 1975. Apart from their beauty as decorative objects, every bottle was made by hand which means that they are all unique in their character and appearance. Add to this their historical interest and one has an ideal collecting line.
One important feature of the hobby is that although most bottles for your collection will have to be purchased, they can also be found for free by digging old rubbish dumps. So, not only can one find beautiful antique objects at no cost there is the added benefit of plenty of fresh air and exercise!
